As part of our mission of positively impacting lives, we offer flexible care options that may include in-clinic visits, telehealth visits, or a combination of both, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.
Some appointments may still require an in-clinic follow-up, even if your visit begins through telehealth. This helps our medical team complete any necessary in house lab, vital signs, medication review, or physical exam to ensure your care is safe, personalized, and appropriate for you.
Below is an overview of what your weight loss journey with Rehoboth Urgent Care may look like and the types of visits typically involved throughout the program.
Program Costs
At Rehoboth Urgent Care, we are committed to providing clear, compassionate, and supportive care as we walk with you through your weight loss journey.
Your initial weight loss visit is $165, whether started in clinic or through telehealth. This visit includes a consultation with a medical provider, an in-clinic physical exam, and required lin house labs to help determine the safest and most appropriate treatment plan for you.
Each follow-up visit is $95, whether completed in clinic or by telehealth. Follow-up visits are focused on monitoring your progress, checking how well you are tolerating the medication, reviewing any concerns, and adjusting your medication dose as needed.
Some follow-up appointments, including visits around 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, may also include in-house lab based on the program schedule.
Prescription Costs
Prescription medication costs are separate from Program Cost and may vary depending on the medication prescribed, and pharmacy or manufacturer pricing.
