  I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Rehoboth Urgent Care. I came in feeling extremely sick, frustrated, and emotional after having a very difficult experience trying to get help from the ER I had previously been seen at.
  About a month ago, I was seen in the ER and diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum. They prescribed me medications that have been the only ones that have actually worked for me. When I called the ER to ask about getting a refill, I was told they could not refill them and that I should just take vitamins for the nausea and vomiting. As someone who was already very sick and struggling, that response was incredibly discouraging.
  Thankfully, my experience at Rehoboth was completely different. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, understanding, and genuinely listened to me. I was taken back almost immediately, and I never felt like I was being dismissed or treated like I was being difficult. They took my concerns seriously and made me feel heard.
  I … More also really appreciated that they respected my decision not to receive any vaccines. I’ve unfortunately experienced a lot of pressure in medical settings when I’ve said that I don’t want a vaccine, so it meant a lot to have my decision respected without being made to feel uncomfortable about it.
  The doctor reviewed the paperwork from my previous ER visit, listened to everything I had been going through, and made sure I had the medications that had been working for me. They prescribed both of my medications with a month-long supply, which will give me enough to get through until I’m able to see my prenatal doctor.
  When you’re pregnant, sick, and already overwhelmed, being treated with compassion and actually listened to can make such a huge difference. I left Rehoboth feeling relieved and cared for rather than dismissed. I’m incredibly grateful for how quickly they helped me and, most importantly, for how respectfully they treated me.
  I was able to get my medication from the CVS down the road within 2 hours of the order being put in, in so grateful.

  The facility is extremely clean and very professional. I came in to try the IV treatment. I called and spoke to Princess who took the time to get me all the information I needed over the phone. She then proceeded to walk me through the online process to reserve a spot. I then did the same thing for my gf. When we arrived on site Princess took great care of us she was able to get us scheduled at the same time so that we were able to come in and leave together. Overall it was a great process and look forward to returning.

  My husband and I both visited for upper respiratory illnesses, and we had a great experience. Everyone we interacted with was personable, kind, and genuinely caring. The entire process was very efficient—we were seen quickly, received thorough care, and never felt rushed. The staff took the time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. We’re very grateful for the excellent care. We will definitely return for any future urgent care needs!

  This is by far the best urgent care experience in the area. I’ve taken my daughters here for dance injuries and illness and they have been a class act during each interaction. You feel heard when speaking with the providers. They recognize us by face and name now. I completely recommend this practice.

  Love the staff on duty today. Young knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I knew going in that I should went to the ER. However I truly trusted the Doctor and his plan. Without going into details as to what was my issue. My breathing and oxygen levels are almost back to normal. Great Job. T. Simms

  Absolutely wonderful experience at Rehoboth Urgent Care! The medical staff were kind, professional, and attentive, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the blood work was quick and easy. I also received IV hydration, and it was absolutely amazing and so refreshing! They even called me the next day to check in on how I was feeling! I truly felt cared for and would definitely recommend them! ❤️

  The medical assistant and doctor were so kind and helpful. They listened and made me laugh. Everything was done promptly, and I felt very comfortable and taken care of. I was prescribed medicine to help with pain and also sleep, which was so thoughtful. A wonderful experience! Would definitely go back again!

  This place is incredibly clean and comfortable. My son needed a sports physical at the last minute so we went there. They got us right in. The doctor was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend.

  Super nice staff, from the extremely helpful young ladies at the front desk to the medical assistant and Dr. Shola! I highly recommend using this location. It’s on S Bowen Rd in Arlington. (Would recommend completing paperwork prior to coming in although, again, young ladies up front were so kind to help me).

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Rehoboth Urgent Care. My provider, Dyess Gardner, was truly exceptional, and Nurse Patricia was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, the entire team treated me with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care.
  They were incredibly knowledgeable, polite, patient, and attentive throughout my visit, which made a stressful situation much more comforting. It’s rare to find a medical team that combines efficiency with such kindness and empathy.   I had an appointment on yesterday. It was on time, and ALL the staff were some of the kindest and most pleasant people. Compassion & professionalism is a plus in a sevice industry, and they nailed it🎯 I recieved a phone about 3 hours after I left, and then again today. Not having insurance limits where I can go, and I'm glad I was directed there. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you for your kindness!
