Your provider determines the tier based on the care you need.
Covers up to two in-house lab tests or oral prescription medications, as deemed necessary and prescribed by the provider. If more are needed, the visit is upgraded to Advanced.
*Non-prescription drugs don't count toward the two oral medications.
All Standard Services plus up to two X-rays or injectable medications, as determined by the provider. If more than two are needed, the visit is upgraded to Complex.
All Advanced Services plus procedures like laceration repair, splinting and abscess treatment.

Our fee to collect and send each test to our outside lab, in addition to your visit price. The lab bills you separately for analyzing your sample. STI tests have no collection fee.
Self-pay pricing is available only for uninsured patients. It can't be combined with insurance benefits, government health plans or discount programs.
